FAQ

When will I receive my order?

All orders are packed with care and shipped within 24 - 72 hours from our office. You will receive your order within 10 business days. Please note that shipping time may vary due to seasonal constraints and/or unforeseen circumstances (ex. weather) with the carrier. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a link by email from our carrier to track your order closely.      

Can I return a purchased item? 

If you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of when you received your item(s) for a full refund.

Are all purchased items eligible for a Return? 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

1. Unworn & Undamaged: Items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

2. Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging, including the box, pouch, and any accompanying materials or tags.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:

Personalized/Engraved: Any item that that has been customized, modified, embossed, stitched or engraved.
Final Sale: All items marked as "final sale".
Used/Worn: Items that have been worn and used.
Damage: Items that been damaged due to mishandling


How do I initiate a Return? 

1. Request a return: Please email us at info@irloh.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, along with your reason for return.

2. Return Approval: We will review your request and, if approved, we will send you instructions on how to send your package back to us.

3. Shipping: Securely package your item(s) in the original box and packaging and mail them to the address provided. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

How are refunds processed? 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email of the status of your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing after your item is received at our office.

If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement depending on your banking establishment.

Can I make an exchange?

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange your item, please follow the return process above for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
