Processing Your Order
Every item we curate is handled with care. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipping. During peak periods, processing may take a little longer—but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
Shipping Options
All Standard Ground Shipping in USA is free. Please allow 3–10 business days for processing of orders.
Expedited/Express Ground Shipping in USA is available at a cost. Costs are calculated based on size, weight, distance and chosen delivery times at checkout.
Delivery estimates come from our carrier(s) and can vary slightly due to seasonal demand or weather.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they’re on their way and we're responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. If your order is lost or stolen after delivery, carriers require recipients to file a claim directly with the carrier.
If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos—we’ll guide you through next steps.
Holiday Shipping
To ensure your pieces arrive beautifully in time for gifting, we recommend placing orders early. Seasonal carrier delays may occur.
