Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@irloh.com and specify the reason for the return.
If your item is accepted for a return, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how to send your item back. (Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.)

Refunds
We'll let you know once we’ve received your returned item. Following an inspection, we will notify you if a refund for the item was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: gift cards, final sales items, items that have been worn/used, items that have been damaged, and items that have been personalized with engraving, embossing, stamping and/or stitching.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
